SRX868335: Drosophila melanogaster adult female whole body
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 31.7M spots, 3.2G bases, 2Gb downloads

Design: RNA was extracted from whole body of 6-day-old adult female by the RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen) and 1 μg RNA was reverse-transcribed into cDNA. Multiplex libraries were prepared using TruSeq RNA Samples Prep kit v2 and sequenced by Illumina Hi-Seq2000 platform.
